"i cannot say that our check out experience went smoothly after an excessively long wait due to a mistake by the staff at the check in who did not register our security deposit as being paid. this resulted in me having to wait over half an hour in order for their accounts to confirm it was paid. however, after all that i still had to pay for incidentals despite the fact the authorization was confirmed. to cut a long story short incompetence which the guest had to pay for in time and frustration "

"The girl at front was super helpful. Breakfast was ok. Room was spacious and quiet but very dark due to not enough light. Water temperature is tricky as hot water is super hot. You need to learn to get the right amount of hot and cold water. Shower door closed beers only half as most European showers are. Water pressure is super strong and the entire floor gets wet in the bathroom. No facial tissue box 😒"

"Noise , unfortunately the hotel was incredibly noisy until 5am due to a school party! This is not the first time this has been a big problem. At 6am the cleaners started and it felt like they were actually in my room. I have stayed at the Arion several times before in the past few years and not had a problem but this year it is unacceptable. Such a shame."
