"For a newer property I was disappointed. The bathroom fans was never installed. The bathtub did not drain until a worker arrived to remove the clogged drain. He should have checked the sink too because it hardly drained. The building itself lost power for several hours so our dark room had no air conditioning for that time. Not one employee offered an apology, sad."

"The room was clean and comfortable. All the amenities were outstanding and we always love the lazy river and bar! Only small complaint is the elevators are loud maybe just because they are old! Otherwise fantastic hotel and will definitely be back! "

"There was no hot water on the 9th floor…cold shower. Food in the lobby restaurant was terrible. Hamburger was on a cold, never heated bun. Fries were obviously bad frozen crinkle cut , no onion ring as was on the menu."
