We recently stayed for 2 nights with family (4 adults in total) on a short trip to Ipoh from KL and can honestly say that the Bedrock exceeded all expectations. This is a new, luxury boutique hotel and the owners, Choeng and his wife, have created a beautiful and unique place with exceptional service. The guest's every need has been anticipated - extremely spacious bedroom and bathroom with luxury fittings, wonderfully comfortable bed, powerful shower, lots of power sockets for electronic...

Fantastic food and amazing helpful manager and staff

Nice pool, gym and room is great. Good to hv a convenient store as well. It will be great if there’s laundry at the hotel.

Looks very good for family

Really lovely and unique little hotel in Ipoh. Loved the chilled Bali vibe (and vast selection of Balinese and Western breakfast choices!) We had the room with outdoor deck and koi pond. You do get mosquitos but can ask for mosquito coils for the outdoor area and for the room to be sprayed while you’re out, so it was all very manageable. Aircon was a bit temperamental, could never get it quite right, but tbh that was the single biggest gripe so not much really. Although on a quiet road,...

Very clean room and staff are friendly. The free high tea and buffet breakfast provided were good. Overall a highly recommended hotel to stay for a few days.

I like the facilities

Wonderful house, excellent service, good food (if anything, the portions were too generous). The gardens are the highlight, flower borders, etc - much nicer version of England compared to the original. Development encroaching in the valley, but there isn’t much the hotel can do about that I suppose.

Very nice apartment and helpful staff. Great amenities especially the infinity pool! Would stay again!

This is a wonderful new hotel just off the toll exit in Simpang Pulai. Modern simple decor, very clean and comfortable room with basic amenities and a 5 star bed and a balcony!! Will definitely stay here again. Only negative side is while it rained very heavily for many hours in the afternoon ..the sound of the rain beating the on the rooftop was extremely loud.
