"When we were checking out we asked the receptionist where we could buy a new umbrella nearby. She went and got us one from their lost & found collection, saying “people leave umbrellas behind in their rooms all of the time”. She saved us time and money AND saved the planet some landfill space by recycling a perfectly good umbrella! Our room was perfect, the hotel was quiet, our breakfast and dinner were very good and the hotel was within walking distance to a local pub with an “open” session...

"Great experience, beautiful place, the spa is one of the best ones I’ve been to and the staff is very nice and helpful. The only area of improvement would be the bar service and also at the restaurant. Long waits. Other than that it was perfect and would definitely be back."
