"Prima kamer, met alles binnen handbereik. De bedden slapen heerlijk. De douche is verkwikkend. In het kleine keukentje heb je voldoende om een eenvoudige maaltijd te bereiden. Er is zelfs een wasmachine op de kamer. Een bank, tafeltje en TV zijn ook aanwezig. In het weekend kan het wat rumoerig zijn van pubs in de buurt. "We splurged on a single night here upon arriving in Dublin and it was so worth it. We made a beeline for the pool when we arrived and it did wonders to help us shake off travel fatigue. "We were first placed in a room that would have been too difficult to maneuver around the bed. The front desk personnel was so helpful, that he brought me to two other rooms to choose from. The one we finally settled on was a bit more each night, but had more room and a balcony. I wish I could remember his name to give a shout out to him... There are two other front desk personnel that I do want to give an amazing shout out to. Sorcha and Daantje were just very fun and full of information...

"The breakfast and staff in the lounge and restaurants were amazing. Very helpful front desk, annd super nice. Our only downside was our bedroom maintenance. The first few days were very good. The cleaning went downhill pretty fast after that. We came back after a long day to a bathroom that had not been cleaned and garbage was still in the can from the morning. It’s unfortunate as that’s not what people expect in a Hyatt property. All in all a good place to stay."

"The best part of this hotel is its location. You can walk around to visit tourist attractions in Dublin while returning back to the hotel in the middle of day and return back to exploring again after the break. Lot of food choices and lot more places for drinking and partying available once you step outside the hotel. Only small negative I felt is about their rigid checkout policy, they didn’t want to extend check out for us from 12 to 1 PM without added fees."

"I have stayed with CitizenM in London and now Dublin and I really love it. Rooms are small, but very modern, functional and clean. Shower and climate control are great. Staff is always very helpful and friendly; and the lobby has a fun vibe, without being too energetic.
