"Entrance is grand and beautiful. Great space to take pictures but as we expected the bedrooms were very outdated. Reserved 2 bedrooms. One of the rooms shower was clogged ahich caused water to seep through to the other side of the wall which was rhe bedroom. We had bags on the floor against the wall and didnt realize this until I picked up the duffle bag and saw the entire carpet wet. We arrived around 10pm from a 10hr drive too tired to deal with room switches. On top of that not enough towels...

"The hotel is okay I bring my son often he loves the pool the galleria mall is also right out the back door so it's easy to access you just walk across the parking lot the staff is pretty good I really just don't like that the pool room isn't always heated sometimes it's really cold and the pool itself it's sometimes cold as well overall we will stay again it's not a bad hotel and the weekday prices are good too"

"Was spending an overnight for my son’s soccer game in town but appreciated the price and location. Breakfast was a bit below average but still good. Staff was helpful and friendly and the room with two queens were great. No weird noises from the AC and the beds were comfy."

"Breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Breakfast food was warm, scrambled eggs were good and not watery. Only hot food sausages, eggs, hashbrowns and pancakes, both mornings the same.
The room was quite large with lots of chairs. However, the towels were a little woren and fraying on the edges.
Going into the Hotel at the far end if the building, the two large ashtrays were overflowing and very unkempt.
