"Great place comfy beds, the rooms were a great size the fridge was very unbalanced and almost fell over when we tried to use it but it was pretty entertaining. "

"The room was fresh smelling when we entered. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool and the temp was perfect. The only complaint I have is the neighbors were so noisy until 4 in the morning so the sleep wasn’t the best. "

"Dirty room, sheets had mud, oily wet spot, blood on mattress pad, mattress protector had urine on it. Staff weren’t able to switch rooms and don’t have fresh clean mattress protector or correct size linens. "

"We are frequent customer's of this property. Wr opted for a second floor room. Was a great choice. We stayed in a double bed room. Beds were nicer. Only downfall were two things. We faced the parking lot it faces a busy road the traffic noise was loud. And our bathroom fan didnt work. Otherwise stay wad great."

While the new renovations looked nice at first glance, it was clear they were done poorly—it felt like they simply slapped a layer of paint on the walls and called it finished, without addressing underlying issues. One major inconvenience is that there is no elevator in the building. "The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property. "
