"I enjoyed the room darkening shades, room was clean AC was nice. The pool was down for maintenance. The exercise room, 2 bikes were broken, there was NO sanitizer bottles or wipes to wipe down the equipment, hand sanitizer was empty. The kitchen staff was very nice, but the microwave had not been cleaned in a while, reminds you of a college microwave."

"We had to move 3 times 3 different rooms. It took an hour before we could even unpack our things. Just a note i am disabled and walk with a cane. So it was not easy moving all of our bags and suitcases. Once we got to our room. It was nice. The ice machine was broke on the 3rd floor. So I had to go all the way to the first floor for ice. I was disappointed."
