"The Boiling Springs, PA location is East Coast Americana at its vest, and the Allenbey property along the river is just a gem. Well maintained, pleasant staff, and a ton of amenities spread across a mix of restored pre civil war buildings abd bew room additions. Their ace attraction is a stretch of fly fishing perfect water on property right below a small dam that offers protected and stocked trout fly fishing year round. Heaven on earth."

"The room was spacious and nice. Very clean and quiet. The beds were quite comfortable. Fridge was nice and cold. Nice property. Easy access. Pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast area very clean, plenty of room, good food, nice variety of choices."

"This was our first time staying at a Bed and Breakfast property, and it genuinely could not have been a better experience. Russel is an incredible host, he is kind, helpful and full of wonderful stories. We felt so at home, so taken care of and beyond happy to be there. "Very close and convenient to downtown and the Army War College"

"The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was ok. Needs a little remodel but was clean. Only stayed one night but price and lication was great for our stay. Wish there was some vending machine with drinks and snacks to purchase. I would stay here again!! "

"There was nothing uniquely good about the property. We had a roach in our room and the sheets on one of the beds were soiled. The breakfast area was unkept and the chairs were soiled and looked dirty. We did not fell comfortable sitting down on them. We also did not eat any of the breakfast because the area looked unclean."

"Totally comforting "

"The staff was really friendly. I checked in around 10 PM, once I checked in I could tell that it was heavily populated with residence not just people passing through, which is fine and expected at a motel, but our room freaked like cigarettes. The beds were both wet, and everybody was itchy so I believe they may have been fleas as well."

"The room was very clean, the staff was very willing to help and even had a texting system that allowed you to text them at any time and they respond quickly. The breakfast didn’t really have a whole bunch of options but it had the essentials and that’s what counts (coffee, waffles, bagels, etc). The air conditioning was always on and highly functioning but I realized when I changed it, that it would sometimes change itself back after some time.
