Very run down - reminded me of a nursing home in the hallways. Might be okay in the main building but avoid the garden tower completely. Bathroom shower floor was stained black with dirt. This hotel is very close to Disney (felt like close than the Pixar hotel) and rooms are clean and spacious. I would definitely stay there again.
