"Considering the age of the hotel it was clean and organized. Professional and helpful staff. Parking should have been free for guests. Found that to be extra. Carpets need to be changed and some upgrades needed. Overall good experience and nice stay. Located at a central, logistical location."

"I will be back! This is a boutique Mariott. The location was fantastic, loved the pool area, the rooms were so nice."

"5 of us stayed 7 nights. Staff was fantastic, very friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. We did not take advantage of the pool, but it looked nice. My only complaint is they never gave us enough towels or washcloths for everyone in the room to shower everyday. We had to go to the front desk to ask for more daily. A couple times they didn’t have any washcloths to give."

"Called to inform we would be arriving late… around 12am. The desk clerk was short and annoyed by the call. We were warned not arrive after 1am because the room would be cancelled. After arrival, the first room that was assigned to us was completely demolished. We did not enter because we saw through the window that all cabinets were pulled off the walls and laying on the unmade beds. The second room was habitable. "We enjoyed our stay at Laguna Hills Lodge. The property has manicured green lawns, beautiful vine flowers, clean room with oversize mirror, spacious parking space, decent breakfast, courteous staff, and walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. However, there are few things that we noticed that needs improvement: please replace worn out white sheets & pillow cases, repair wobble beds, paint over or replace chipped nightstand, and provide 2 courtesy bottle water. We don’t mind staying...

"It was a great experience staying at this hotel. Daily hot breakfast was also great. Room was clean and also they provided soft room service daily. Located in middle of natural scenic. Plenty of parking spots. Free laundry room just need to buy detergent. Over all great experience"

"The place was clean. The room had a horrible smell we had to keep spraying air freshener. They have a kitchenette area which was nice. Had plates and glasses. No silverware and the place had no plastic silverware. Had to go to the desk to ask for sheets for the pullout sofa, she didn't seem very friendly about it.. There was no coffee in the room with the coffee pot, had to ask for that also. I will not be staying there again. I gave a 3 star because the room was clean."
