"My husband and I have now stayed here twice while visiting our daughter. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the amenities are just what we need, and the breakfast (especially on weekends when they cook eggs to order and have more variety) are great! We enjoy the courtyard for breakfast or lounging by the fireplace or near the water fountain. We have used the hot tub frequently but haven't yet braved the pool when the evenings are cool. "The rug in front of the bed was wet and the only chair in the room and the closet had dirt and crumps on them, we showed up at 2 to check and were told we had to wait till 4 to check in because they still had to clean our room. I understand sometimes they can get busy and miss little things. But we were told to wait till 4 just to check into a dirty room."
