We had to vehicles and I find it ridiculous when hotels want to charge you to park at the establishment you are already paying for. The TV in one of the rooms was not working. "The breakfast is gross"

"Everything was great until 4:45am when the fire alarm went off in my room only. After a few minutes of calling the front desk and no one answered, it turned off. 10 min later it came blaring back on, called again and they sent a engineer up and he unplugged it and took it away, no replacement. I’m wide awake now. At check out they adjusted my parking for inconvenience LOL"

"We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Irvine/Orange County Airport and overall had a really good experience. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and everything about the stay was smooth and comfortable. The only negative was that I actually got a small cut while using the bathtub, which was unexpected and a little concerning.
