"The resort and rooms were clean. I didn’t like that they didn’t offer water bottles, however, they did have water filter system where you have to refill your drinkable water daily. The staff was friendly but some how always seem to get the restaurant reservations screwed up. I was here for 7 days and due to the reservation issues I didn’t get to eat at all 3 restaurants. The buffet was basic and towards the end of trip I was tired of the buffets food options. When trying to add a day pass they give you the run around, front desk says go to guest services and guest services says go to front desk. I will never return to this resort. There are so many better options out there for me to return."

"Overall, this resort needs a full makeover. Food was horrible and too salty. The mattress was cheap and hard. They gave us a hard time leaving a day early. All the native workers and housekeepers asked for was tip. I spent more money on tips than I did on the trip itself. Definitely a horror show. Will not be back again ever or recommend to friends."

"Ocean Winds Hotel was so good that I ended up extending my stay because I loved it so much. It was very quiet and peaceful. The staff were great and the room was very clean. I am not a breakfast person normally, but the breakfast was also great, even for a picky eater like me. I would definitely stay again."

"The room is clean and the host is eager to provide service. Location wise, it is not close to city center or tourist attractions. There is one restaurant that you can order take out. All in all, it's good value for the money."

There was no hot water and no AC.I refused to stay,, the ask e for cab.. Because I did not stay at this substitute they then said I could not stayyvbh"
