"We arrived late at night and with no instruction from staff as to how to enter the property it was pretty scary, given the neighbourhood. It would have been helpful to have been provided a gate code before check in to ensure we weren't standing outside of the property in the middle of the night for so long."

"Absolute gem of a place. Such a lovely BnB, that is well looked after. Massimo adds so much care and ensures you are comfortable throughout your stay. The rooms are clean, they look exactly like they do in the pictures and there's plenty of room and light. The place itself is away from the busy the city and is peaceful. "Das B&B befindet sich in einer nicht so schönen Lage. Vor der Haustüre waren mehrere Müllkontainer und ein Obdachloser der das Haus bewacht. Der Kontakt mit der Unterkunft lief gut, wir waren recht früh da und konnten über die Nummer an der Türe schnell jemanden erreichen. Check in war noch nicht möglich aber wir konnten netterweise unsere Koffer vor Ort lassen. Eine Reinigungskraft hat uns eingecheckt. Sie war sehr freundlich. "We found the room extremely hot due to no actual air con. The minimum temp was 21 and was put on cool, it couldn’t be controlled as was locked by admin. I complained about this issue but was something that couldnt be resolved. We found the toilet area unclean due to 3 bugs found there flying around.
