"I did not stay in Naples long enough to know if this hotel was in a good spot for restaurants and shops nearby. However, the room was super nice and clean! There was AC which made the experience so much better!"

"Once we arrived the gentleman was very helpful. He even walked out to show me the lemon tour options and which one was the best. Before arriving they helped me in arranging a tour to Amalfi and Positano. Alilauro tour told us both that the ferry went straight to Amalfi and then Positano. They lied to the hostess of the hotel as well as for me. They go to Positano first and then to Amalfi which created a shorter visit. Alilauro agency is not helpful when you reach them and they were rude. Look...

"This hotel is beautiful. So conveniently located near restaurants, stores, and beautiful beaches, and the lift to go down to the beach and port area. Very clean, delicious breakfast for 15 euros per person. The workers in that area, so attentive. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Colomba at the reception area was so so nice to deal with, friendly and always willing to help. A pleasure to deal with. Gioachinno and Rita were helpful too. "Everything was very clean which I really appreciated. There is a little desk there, but a small table and kitchen style chairs would be nice for when eating. A hook on the wall for the towel would be helpful (though the shower door was fine to use). Overall, it was a lovely and well-kept apartment."
