I had a super comfortable stay and felt instantly welcome and at home. The family who runs the guest house is so kind and helpful. I immediately connected with the other very nice guests. The house has everything you need and is kept very clean. Even a nice terrace with a hammock and a cute cat. Definitely a place you can spend your day at if you want to stay in and chill. The location of the house is great, the city center with shops, bars and restaurants as well as the Ishigaki port are a 10 mins walk away. The connection to the airport via bus is convenient (30 mins).
The only thing which was a little difficult for me was the hard mattress of the bed. But that's really the only thing, so next time I come to Ishigaki, I will definitely stay here again!
location is good,
kitchen is good,
service is good
missing parking space

Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort
Small room
The room and common areas were clean. The facilities - kitchen, washrooms and washing & drying facilities - are thoughtfully arranged. But after expanding the two futons in the room, the room door could only be opened ajar that we needed to go in and out of the room by walking sideways. During the night stay, I found it a bit annoying when any of us wanted to go to the washroom or to get water. We opened the door and the door touched the futon which may disturb the one who was sleeping. The location is not very close to the town centre which the room fee has reasonably reflected.
