"The airport is very close to the airport and they offer free shuttle every hour. They also secured a driver for us to take us into Nairobi for dinner and they also offer safaris to Nairobi National Park. A real gem Of a park and a knowledgeable guide. Much cheaper than hiring outside company! The restaurant food is excellent and the staff is superb. A real haven of luxury in hectic and gritty Nairobi!"

They are very accomodating to my desire to check in early and staying past my check out time because of my international flights. I would recommend speaking directly with the staff and not relying on the information from the TV. They have more information about the services of the hotel. They were also able to get me a doctor when I got sick. He came to my room. When things didnt go as I expected, they focused on resolving things quickly and immediatelly. I will definitely stay there again."
