"Not a 5* and not up to the standard of a ‘Grand Hyatt’. In fact one of my friends had stayed here before when it was called ‘Dreams’ and nothing has changed with the property. The food was average at best, the was a cafe with rude staff who were impatient. The best thing about this hotel was the Appletiser available as all inclusive!"
