"Whilst you could say the room was clean, it was in poor state of repair with flaking paint and shabby. The bathroom was in a very poor state with a large area of black mold above the window and around the bath. The bath edges were rusty as was around the bath drain. "Perfect location, not far from airport and a taxi ride away to Puerto Del Carmen (about 12 Euros). room with ocean view, clean and modern. Upgraded to Preferred Club would highly recommend. Food good quality, cocktails are genuinely good especially Espresso Martini. Staff super efficient and friendly. Been here a few times and won’t be the last. Perfect place for total relaxation. "

Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. "Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im Casa Cocolores und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auch der gemeinschaftlich genutzte Außenbereich ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll gestaltet. "

"Overall nice hotell, the property does have some downside when the weather isn't optimal. When it rained there were many windows leaking and it was wet inside several places. The cleaning was good, the staff friendly and were doing their best but the hotel should improve on this. Overall also more senior guests so having wet floors could increase these guests slipping. "
