"They have lots of problems with the water supply. We didn’t have water to use for at least half the time we were there. Frustrating. Also there is not hot water."

"The hotel was clean and staff were very attentive. The free activities (bikes, kayak, paddle boards) were easy to use as the cove allowed for privacy from boats passing by. The food options were delicious. The free breakfast gave a mix of continental options and Colombian options. We would definitely stay there again."

"After booking, we repeatedly messaged the hotel for directions and only got a reply at 7:55am on check-in day, telling us the only boat left Cartagena at 8:15am. No way to make it. They then sent a contact for a 9am boat costing 90k + 30k port tax, though cheaper 70k options exist. "Cela a l’air bien sur les photos mais c’est du camping confortable en fait… Le personnel était respectueux mais nous avons dû quitter les lieux et trouver un hôtel à côté pour dormir car cela n’était pas du tout le séjour qu’on avait en tête. Attention aux photos! Il n’y a ni clim, ni moustiquaires (présence d’un ventilo sur pieds). A part la chambre l’hôtel n’offre aucun autre espace de chillage vraiment à part la salle à manger. "Def worth it. Right outside the busy area. Like a 10 min walk if that. You can walk right on to the beach. Breakfast in the morning. Good food in the local area. Room was clean. Def get a balcony room. Shower stall is on the small side but still nice. Staff was wonderful and helpful"

"Blimey, what a spot. Absolutely stellar stay. You’re right on the beachfront, which is ideal for pretending you're in a movie until a wave hits your ankles. The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. Food was gorgeous, and the staff were absolute legends—sorted us out with zero fuss. Honestly, 10/10, would willingly risk the sunburn to stay here again."

"Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you! (First hand experience) but overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!"
