"Overall, we had a wonderful experience at the hotel. We truly enjoyed the beautiful facilities, the location, the food, and the atmosphere. It is a lovely place to relax and enjoy a vacation.
I would especially like to recognize several members of the staff who were very kind, attentive, and always willing to help. Their service really made a difference in our stay.
However, I would also like to mention one area for improvement. We noticed that some members of the staff often appeared to be upset or in a bad mood, and at times their attitude felt a little distant. I completely understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but in a hotel where the guest experience is so important, a friendly attitude and a smile can make a big difference.
Despite this, our overall experience was very positive, and we truly enjoyed our stay. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because with a few small improvements in customer service, the hotel could provide an even better experience for its guests."
