"On our flight home now and I wanted to leave a review while it’s still fresh. We stayed for 1 week in Oct 10th-17th. The hotel and grounds itself were excellent as expected, with numerous dining spots and lunch/breakfast buffets the Grand Palladium did not disappoint. The food was excellent overall, especially the seafood and ceviche at the buffets, the Tuna and Salmon were always top notch.
Over and above the amenities and restaurants would be the staff, every staff member we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable, my personal favourite would have to be Emiliano and Jackie with the POP (People of Palladium) team, we did water aerobics almost everyday as well as a guacamole making class and a margarita making class, I can’t say enough good things about the people, they made our stay much more enjoyable and I feel the connection you make with people on vacation far outweighs the nice rooms or resort grounds even though these were excellent as well.
So thank you again to everyone at Grand Palladium, we had a great time and made memories that will stay with my family for years. All the best and can’t wait to come back!"
