"The staff was great. The food was ok. The pool was kind of dirty which we had no choice to enjoy since the seaweed was so bad on the beach. The bars were dirty. We had housekeeping come 1 day and they didn't clean our counters or mirrors. The beds were soft but the pillows were hard."

"I enjoyed my stay. All the amenities that comes wth your stay is what I loved about the hotel. The food tasted really good with a lot of options to choose from. The vibe around the pool and beach is amazing. Riu also knows how to throw a party. I really recommend this place to anyone!"

"Nos tuvieron que cambiar 3 veces de habitación, la primera no tenía la vista que pagamos, la segunda no tenía bien la ventilación y el piso estaba mojado todo el tiempo , la última estaba bien pero llena de cucarachas chiquitas , era el tercer año que íbamos pero nunca más ! Además de huele horrible por el sargazo y la playa está más fea que nunca ."

"We had an amazing time, our butlers Francisco,America and Marie were fenomenal, awesome bravo !!! We rented a Cabana by the beach and Victor also was amazing. "La playa muy mala , color tierra ,nadie entró a bañarse … a pesar de la mala temporada de playa , hay muchas que son buenas en el mismo mes ! No estoy hablando de solo sargazo , estoy hablando de que muestran una foto de playa azul y el agua es negra porq el fondo no es de arena limpia . Muy sucia !"

"Falta mantenimiento al edificio, y si no tomas las pláticas con los del hotel …. Eres un cero a la izquierda….. es de esperarse. Recibimos mejor trato de los trabajadores de mantenimiento y el personal que hace jardinería que los del staff. En general dos estrellas, espero mejoren por que es una buena ubicación"
