"We recently had a 3 week stay in the Occidental Costa cancun. Check in and check out was quick and effortless. The terrace room we stayed in was immaculate and probably recently renovated. Shower was large and had a bench for the ladies. Always had hot water at any time. I found the beds extremely comfortable and the climate control for the rooms was perfect.The entire resort is maintained excellently. House keeping was excellent as well. room was always taken care of and water/beer/softdrinks...

Just a couple things to keep in mind: - bring your own insulated drink cup and they’ll fill it for you! - BRING JET CLEANER for the tub in your room. Once you see what comes out you’ll be super glad you did - the Bugambilias buffet is actually phenomenal, and I say that as a crazy foodie"

"We booked Privilege Master Suite for sale price. We arrived late so no butler on duty. Checkin in the Privilege lounge was easy but would’ve been nice to been greeted by our butler. There’s no food choices between 10 & 11 PM except room service but were not aware of room service so we waited for the late night menu at Margarita to start at 11 PM - service was slow and food was not great. We met our butler Emilio the next AM. he booked dinner resos for us and our group that arrived that day. ...

"We have been to this resort many times and love it. While they have great food, clean rooms, and beautiful grounds, the thing that stands out the most is the service. As soon as we got there, Fernando granted us and took us to check in. He is a person and is so very welcoming. Then at the club tower, Emmanuel and the rest of the staff are wonderful.
