"The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list."

For a property marketed as a five-star luxury resort, too many details were missed, and in hospitality, the small details are what separate a true luxury experience from an average one. "The room was ok, water didn’t flow down the shower drain, which rush drain water up the drain and into the bathroom. Mix drinks were bad, food was good. But the location is amazing, the view and beach was amazing. Probably the most beautiful location I’ve ever stayed, unfortunately the hotel is ok."
