This was our first time staying at a Secrets Resort. The decor & ambiance are exceptional. The staff was great, the hotel being Adults Only made our stay a lot quieter. This resort is just over a year old, we loved everything being new, & clean. The food was above average for an all-inclusive resort. We highly recommend this resort, the area being approximately an hour north of Cancun, makes for a much more exclusive & private experience being out of the way from everything, with white sand beaches.

The aesthetic of the property was amazing. The food was great as well in all of the restaurants. Comparing to other resorts we’ve been to though, it seemed like for the price you’re already paying there were too many add ons and not enough already included even with an upgrade to preferred club (examples: beach cabana/bed, pool cabana/bed). We’d like to give a shoutout to a few employees who really helped us a lot: Luis (building concierge), Nadia and Griselda (front desk).

I’ve had a one in a lifetime experience at this beautiful resort. I actually proposed to my partner here. They helped me plan the best proposal with my ideas in mind. They also provide you personal butlers that will answer any questions you have and try to meet your needs. I love this resort, I hope to go back in the future.

Totally amazing, there’s no words to describe how good my staying with my girlfriend was. From the staff to the food to all the shows and activities were amazing!! The only bad thing was not staying longer. We had many dinning options with excellent service and tons of flavor, on our first day Alejandro at seaside grill took care of us and we went back multiple times asking for him. My one complaint about the bath tub water being yellow was taken care of pretty quickly. They offered to move me to another room & constantly checked on me and my stay. I was offered a couple of options to make up for this issue that I’m still waiting to show up in my Hyatt account, but I appreciate their willingness to fix the situation. The resort itself is beautiful and the staff was great. Food was okay, but as with most resort foods it was expected. I enjoyed my stay and would come back to visit again!
