Property was nice but felt very closed off when you walked around because of the layout. Food was great. My main complaint would be that there were private parties almost every day we were there and they closed off entire areas, restaurants, and even the pools, which was a bummer since we planned on using the jungle pool the whole last day but were told to move at noon. We were tired of the loud activity pool since they do the same thing everyday with the same schedule & music. If you’re not a beach person, I recommend moxche. The beach here made up for them closing off areas, otherwise it would have been pretty disappointing.

Beautiful resort! All of the staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more. Food was fresh and delicious. Secrets Playa Blanca is definitely one of the top three resorts I have had the pleasure of staying at and will most certainly visit again.

The staff kept the room spotless and were incredibly friendly, plus, most of the activities were very well-organized. However, I was disappointed by the lack of soundproofing, I could hear conversations from the next room quite clearly. Additionally, the beach was covered in seaweed, which made it impossible to enjoy a swim

Everything is excellent!! From the staff to all of the amenities! The breakfast buffet is absolutely the best we've ever had! Manuel was the best concierge!! The jungle pool was amazing with all of the lush landscaping. All of the pools should be landscaped as such! I have stayed at Secrets Akamai and Moroma, which are both amazing. Playa Blanca is my favorite. Great food and the staff was amazing. The property is gorgeous during the day, but the paths through the garden all lit up was incredible. There are so many areas to just sit and take the beauty in at night. Plenty of live music every night. We had great service at Seaside Grill, Victor, Roberto, Alberto, Sixto and Odet took incredible care of us. We went there every day because my wife has specific food requests and they always went out of their way to accommodate us. Victor was awesome at the Italian restaurant. A shout out to Marcelo and Hugo at the beach, there was never a need that was not covered by them. We will return.
