"Beach view was good , room was clean but floors needed to be cleaned daily due to sand and dust . They didn’t do that . It was difficult to make reservations at restaurants on property, my whole stay I had to only eat at buffet and beach bar. Pool hours was too short 8am-6pm . 3pools 1 bar that closed at 6pm. At least 8pm would have been a little more reasonable. I had a beach/pool day and by time I got to pool I only had a comfortable hour. "

We were however very pleased to find that this resort has now checked this box to make it perfect. We found ourselves on multiple occasions rushing back to make dinner at the hotel! The service I received from Hermilo & Leo at the Xhale Rooftop Pool was exceptional! Those two individuals deserve a pay raise immediately! Their service is what stood out the most. "Lovely resort with true old school Mexican-Latin charm and class! Beautiful piece of property with an ocean front bar and it’s 2 swimming pools and three restaurant! The Caribbean ocean at this location it’s calm enough to really swim. They included BREAST breakfast was wonderful every morning a different choice at the buffet or a freshly made omelette bar. We definitely recommend this hotel. "

I ask them to go and check with the main office. I had the right to be in the hotel because I pay for it and they tread me. So I was not happy about it."
