The privilege ocean view room was very nice, clean and very spacious. Amazing staff, Javier, Gabby our butlers, Ruben at Pez Dana, and Sebastian at the rooftop sunset bar and pool left us with the best experience! The pools were great! And the restaurants for dinner were really good and the buffets. Thank you for an amazing experience!

The staff in the buffet restaurant are tentative once you are seated. Shout out to Arely! She is so sweet and greets with a smile every day. Thank you Oscar for the 7 am Pilates and stretches. All staff that we encountered were excellent. Ocean Allure is beautiful!

Food was terrible and so was the Privilege supervisor Gilberto. We got charge $127 for a tomahawk steak we did not eat. The food at the resort as a whole was horrible.

Ocean Allure is a beautiful new property with excellent facilities, a clean and well-designed layout, a good gym and a nice beach area. There is some sargassum issues though not bad. Staff are engaged and friendly. The overall experience is positive and the resort shows a lot of promise. The main drawback at this stage is inconsistency in the food and dining service. While some meals were very good, others lacked consistency—dishes occasionally arrived cold or differed slightly from the menu descriptions. Timing was also uneven, with multi-course meals sometimes served all at once rather than spaced properly. Small service details, like bread being offered inconsistently across restaurants or even at the same restaurant on different days, added to the uneven experience. Overall, a strong start for a new resort, but the dining experience would benefit from more consistency and attention to detail.

The property is wonderful. Rubin, Cristina and Salvador were amazing, as well as the rest of the staff - everyone was so kind and accommodating. The food is good, rooms are beautiful, pools are great. We got skipped a couple of times having our room turned over but as soon as we alerted the staff it was taken care of. Sargassum is pretty bad right now so we didn't use the beach much. Would definitely go back to this resort!

The rooms were beautiful. All the staff were very friendly. Brettrea from the pool was the best! All the pools were very clean and never felt packed. The food from all the restaurants were delicious. Would definitely go back!

The food was excellent, but the wait at the restaurants was quite long. Having the buffet open for dinner would help alleviate the wait time. The check-in staff was only focused on selling an upgrade and was rude when told no. The rooms are very nice and clean, but NOT one hook or towel rack provided for towels, which conttradicts the hotel request to save water and reuse towels. Also, no shelf under the sink to store toiletries. The pools and beach were fabulous!

We stayed near the opening in December. It was great - food, accommodations pools and beach were all top notch…..and it was only open a week! Even though there were a few kinks, Joel was always there to assist us in any issues we may have had. He was proactive, efficient and empathetic. Without his assistance we would have not had as good a time as we had. People like Joel are rare. Thanks again.

This resort is being amazing!! Clean rooms, staff is amazing. The only thing I would recommend is adding dinner buffet.

Clean room but the closet smelt like mildew. The staff was friendly. Pretty beach and enjoy the amenities. Dinner was hard for us. We had a large party (12) and it was very hard to get a dinner reservation before 9:00 so we could sit together. A buffet dinner would have been nice. Overall, great experience. You’ll enjoy yourself!

Let me just say to book this resort! We have been to many adult AI and this is definitely one of the best. Pros-1. The Staff-Luis is an amazing employee who cares about the guests and making sure everything is top notch. Anni was our butler and she goes out of her way to make sure you have anything you could possibly need! Omar-bartender who is professional and knows his mixology for sure! Miguelina-was always keeping the lobby and restrooms sparkling clean! Our room cleaning crew-(we had priv master suite) was spotless everyday with sweet turn down service as well. Sad i didnt get their names. All of these staff members should get a promotion. If they lived in the states i would have them working at my company at the highest level. Customer service from all is top notch! 2. Activities-From during the day with pool aerobics, foam party, African show, pool casino, volleyball, pool relay games(all were so much fun) to night activities with burlesque show, Michael Jackson show, fire show, piano bar, karaoke, bowling, golf simulator. Always something fun going on! 3. Food-most was amazing! All the wait staff are working hard to please! Favs were Blue Moon-Italian-and Priv lounge! The buffet has a nice variety and the omelette chefs are top notch! 4. Rooms and grounds were beautiful. Con-it did not happen to us but to our friends.....they do not have enough rooms with king beds. Book here you wont be disappointed! Cant wait to go back!!!!!!
