Ana at the lobby was a bit curt and didn’t like her attitude so much but everyone else was great. Angie at the travelers building was great, helped us purchase Xcaret bundle. "This was our second time to this location - we love the attention to detail, the upkeep of the gardens and landscape. It's very well looked after. We noticed a few things need upgrading but understand that there are renovations planned for 2025. We're looking forward to seeing the changes! "

"Had a great stay here, and the staff is amazing. The resort property is beautifully maintained, from the perfectly cut grass, to the pristine pools. The staff was extremely friendly and constantly on the move keeping the resort clean and comfortable. When booking on Expedia, double check that you’re not just booking a room. Found out a week before our trip that we didn’t book the “All Inclusive” but we were able to purchase the package thankfully. "

"Everything was great. The food was delicious and there were no reservations needed for most restaurants. Areas of improvement should be to promote for men to pack a pair of pants to dine inside and at some restaurants as well as do a better job treating the grass for mosquitoes. "
