I don't normally write reviews unless I have an exceptionally good or bad experience. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.
When we booked this resort 9 months ago, our booking clearly stated that it was all-inclusive. However, upon arrival, we were told that our reservation was actually room only.
