We (2 Canadian families with kids) just concluded a 3 day vacation at the resort. Maintaining a resort with 100s of visitors every day is no joke and the team did a great job. The premises were always clean, including the pool water. Food is always available, either in the form of snacks or buffet meals but as mentioned in reviews, it tasted just okay. It was bland and flavorless and the kids didn't eat much despite of numerous options but it was prepared with pretty good hygiene standards. Food is the first thing that go wrong in trips, especially at places where it is prepared in mass but none of our families got sick, not even a bit. A slight allergic reaction or stale/rotten food would have ruined our vacation but it didn't. Bars at located at prime locations. There are always some or the other activities to explore. On the pool, they hosted a pool volleyball with random members from different countries and it was super fun. The beach is just steps away. Game zones, kids zones are there for exploration. We had a MJ show on Friday and the host was an absolute spitting image of MJ..including the voice. Overall, pretty good resort for families. Food and the elevator availability could be improved. We will visit again if food reviews improve.
