"Overall, we had a great vacation but there were some issues. For example, some of the rooms had a moldy smell though they were very willing to try to remedy the situation quickly. It's just due to the high humidity but my husband has lung issues so the smell was concerning until we got moved to a new room. "Our stay at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. The cleanliness, the food, the service, and the staff were on another level. We just checked out now. There was a lot of details that shows high level of service, but I wil share one thing, we were on the beach, a nice member of the staff came to us and ask for our sunglasses to clean it as a part of the service. 😄 That was new for me. Great job guys"
