My husband and I went here for our honeymoon- and we had an excellent time! The layout and grounds, access to the beach, and level of service were great. We loved hanging at the beach or poolside with consistent and friendly beach-side service. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and Mexican buffet night the most- the other food options were fine, not anything exceptional. It was relaxing to have be in an all inclusive with many options on site. We did an excursion to Chichin-Itza, a cenote and Valladolid organized through the hotel which was an informative and adventurous day - bookended by a lot of relaxing in the sun! I also enjoyed a spa experienced facilitated by Gilberto. The staff were all friendly and our room was a relaxing and lovely, with a private view of the lazy river, a continually replenished bar, and great room service. We had a relaxing, excellent time!

Ah-mazing hotel! They are extremely accommodating & I’ve already booked another trip for the 2 story room. My only critique is the food could have been better.

The room is spectacular, the food is amazing, the whole resort is clean, and the gym is high class. Most of the resort (map, activities schedule, menus) is through the app, but the internet is really good around the resort. The best part of the stay was how incredibly kind and attentive the staff is.

Great staff! Had a great time! It was a very nice resort. They really kept everything clean. They give you daily maid service and nightly turn down. Food was great! . No reservations were required other than Spice International. (Hibachi). Beaches were nice and were cleaned up daily. We had a swim out room. They provided drink services at our swim up which was convenient. Entertainment was decent. Love the coffee and pastries shop! You have to try the chocolate donuts! Loved getting hot or iced vanilla lattes everyday. Pools were really nice. Plenty of chairs were available. Lots of activities daily offered. Download the app when you check in and you can reference anything you need during your stay. I give it an 8 out of a 10. Bathroom area needs to be closed off better in your room. I’m an early bird. Anyone trying to sleep In will get an eye full of light from the bathroom since it’s open to the bedroom area.

Resort food was so delicious. The staff everywhere on property were extremely attentive , happy to help, and quick service ! Room was so spacious and clean. I’m so happy I picked this resort . The nightly entertainment was also top tier !

Outstanding service! Luxurious and welcoming! Beautiful white sand beach, gorgeous view. I enjoyed many of the fun activities including pool Zumba, candle making, beach yoga, and sound healing. Nightly entertainment was first class—many different styles of music (vocal and instrumental), dance, magic, even a circus above and around the main pool! We ate in almost all of the restaurants and the food was awesome! Already planning a return visit in 2027!

1. Beach-beautiful, no seaweed, beautiful shades of turquoise. 2. Food-excellent-best restaurants-Magna-Basmati, aroma and the Asian one, forgot name. 3. service-beyond excellent 4-grounds-perfect not one piece of litter found 5. Aldo from the concierge was phenomenal, hooked us up at the beach everyday. Excellence resort please acknowledge employee. 6.room service avail 24/7 made sure coffee and pastries arrived everyday at 7am, was beautiful. 7.swim up bars offered top of the line liquor, staff was amazing. 8. Beach view was outstanding, could not count all the shades of turquoise. 9. Entertainment-phenomenal. Silent disco, dance party and Illusionist was the best, still cannot figure out how performer did things. Left us all amazed. 10-please get excellence upgrade, makes a huge difference. 11. Very calm resort, no parties just a place to enjoy quiet honey moon, relaxing stay, just couples late 20's 30-60's lots of LGBTQ couples-resort and guest very open and accepting. If you're thinking about it, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

Limited Restaurants, Buffet only in morning. Restaurants close without notice and few open get too busy. Even there app will show all restaurants open but not the case. Property and staff are excellent
