"We have stayed at several Excellence resorts, this one i thought was going to be a standout and it wasn't. Food was alright, about the same as the others maybe a tad better. The drinks were good but i ran out often. The Honeymoon suite was the best part of our stay, it was a beautiful room and rooftop. If you have been to one Excellence you've seen them all. Not bad for price but but we will probably stick with Garza Blancas for our future Mexico trips. This resort is a 7.5"

"The property is beautiful. The staff amazing. Food was delicious. Our issues with this stay were all our room. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. Hard as a rock! If you have a bad back like I do, be warned. Our room fridge was never stocked the whole week we were there and when we tried to order items by room service, they never showed up. We travel to Mexico so twice a year. All though this was a nice trip, this particular resort will not make the repeat visit list."

There were some things though that we weren’t thrilled about. The food from room service was lack luster. I don’t have high expectations from room service but we ordered it twice and both time neither my wife nor I finished more than half of the food (eggs very underdone with running clear yolk, pizza dough not...

"The hotel was very nice. Live band in the evenings was great, arcade was fun, karaoke was a nice touch. Lots of pools to choose from and seating areas. Food was great, and the staff were fantastic."

"Riu Caribe is a great property to stay. You have everything in the vicinity restaurants, bar, beach, Riu parties. We stayed for four days and really enjoyed our entire stay. Riu party was a good experience. Would recommend going on the right of the property for a cheap massage place by the ocean. Ask for Miguel, he gave us couple massage for $120 USD. If interested try the jet ski place next to massage place and also the restaurant on the shore, we had amazing shrimp tacos. Their food was...
