"If you are wanting to get in the beach water this is not the place. The water was very dirty. The room itself was beautiful and the view was beautiful. Checkout was a headache they probably should offer the champagne for checking out process. The restaurants were nice but I had better food exploring other restaurants outside the hotel."

"WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy."

"I was robbed by one of the staff members $20. Iim given only one card key that also controls the air conditioner which means the room is always hot when you get in. There were little flies flying around that I had to kill myself and before killing them they bit me multiple times. I had a horrible night sleep the room was insufferable. Absolute worst hotel I've stayed in while traveling to Mexico in quite a long time. I will never return to this unfortunate s*** hole."

"Great family friendly hotel for a good price. Rooms are comfortable and clean with ocean view balconies. Very friendly and helpful staff. A huge variety of breakfast choices in breakfast buffet included with stay. We will definitely come back."
