"We had such an amazing stay at The Westin Resort & Spa Cancun! They kindly allowed us an early check-in at 9 AM, which was incredible after a long trip, we were so grateful for that. A special thank you to Ricardo, an exceptional concierge who truly made our stay unforgettable. He helped us with all our tour bookings, provided maps, arranged our massage appointments, and guided us through everything so smoothly. "Clean environment. Facilities and rooms were a little outdated. Everyone was friendly. Didn’t really like how frequently I was approached over people trying to sell me time share. "

"Prices were very high comparing the hotel offers. Here are the good: room was very clean, hotel was clean as well and well maintained, safe, food was ok, Riu party for all was really great. Not so good: the barbacue restaurant food could be much better some served seemed not fresh, more food options in the main restaurant and in the sports bar, the beach was full of weed and the trees had roots coming out of the sand, the entertainment could be better, the best was Riu party, other days were not so great. They could assist me better, I did not have a shuttle, when I called the hotel, instead of offer me shuttle options&tips, they told me to call expedia. Gym was very small and busy early morning. Overall was acceptable, but could be done much better."
