"Le calme, la piscine magnifique et l’environnement dans l’enceinte de l’établissement qui invite à la paix et au repos. L’accès en voiture est très chaotique, on se demande où on arrive. Mais il faut savoir que l’ensemble des rues et routes de Tulum sont dans un triste état,"

"Our stay at Beloved Playa Mujeres in Cancun was absolutely wonderful! The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and romantic, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a little paradise. The staff was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was amazing from beginning to end. Every detail made our stay feel special, and we truly enjoyed the experience. I knew it was too humid when I first entered the room and the next morning the floor area from the bed to the slider glass was wet; and I mean wet. This generally occurs when maintenance is not kept up on the units. The evaporate coil was probably very dirty and this causes air circulating over the fins to not remove the moisture from the air and it is...

"I cannot express how special this resort is. Small, intimate, and unique. The entire staff helped me celebrate my birthday..special drinks, food and a beautiful piece of cake with a sparkler on top, Best birthday ever. I was upgraded to an amazing ocean front room. The food was great, the pool was wonderful. The beach is maintained and clean with lots of chairs and hammocks. I've found my vacation spot and will definitely be back."

"Absolutely not worth it. The property is old and not well maintained. We were one of few families that got duped by this high rating on here and thought that this is going to be an excellent place to have vacation with kids but it turned out the opposite. Food is mediocre to okay for breakfast and lunch, then better for dinner. Something as basic as getting a proper espresso drink though was impossible. We’ve stayed at St Regis Kanai before this stay and it was absolutely stunning - so going...
