Super Lage, fussläufig direkt neben dem Fährterminal , Balkon mit Aussicht auf Cancun und Sonnenuntergang. Leider kein Aufzug.

If you are looking for a place with a great view, very good air conditioning, comfy bed, great food, awesome pool and super close to the ferry dock, look no further. The supplied coffee every day was a bonus.

Everything was excellent - great hotel, great staff and great location. Only minor criticism is that the pool access is through the restaurant so we didn’t use it

I will start by saying the things that I appreciated. The location is great and the town is walkable. The ferry gets in and it is a one minute walk to the property. The lady at check-in was very friendly and speaks good English the room was bright and had a great view, and it was clean. The cleaner also came daily. There was a restaurant downstairs which sells nice food and the view over the marina is wonderful and the staff are very nice. My room was cleaned daily. The bed could’ve done with a mattress topper, but hard beds are quite common in Mexico it seems. Things to be aware of. The noise!! The property is situated on the water where there is a marina and busy ferry port. The restaurant is literally right underneath the property and on the other side of the property there is a very busy road with cars, golf carts, and scooters running until very late at night. You need earplugs if you are a light sleeper, the only thing separating the noise with my front door are shutters rather than windows, which doesn’t buffer the noise. I found it annoying. There was shampoo, but there was no conditioner. There was coffee and sugar, but no milk. There was a small pool, but what the website does not tell you is that it is two Metres from the restaurant and if you want to use it, everybody will be looking at you. There is also no shade for the two sun lounges, so for that reason, I did not use the pool. If you have mobility issues, there is no elevator, you must carry your bag

Pretty ocean view from balcony. Enjoyed beautiful Sunset with palm tree. Good unlimited coffee in room. Very nice. High water pressure at shower was very nice but water splash everywhere. ( I would recommend to .ake it rainfall shower with restrictors. So it would not splash out side of shower area The wifi internet bandwidth was not good enough, mobile device were not useful through wifi.(Impossible to watch streaming TV.) Need furniture like dresser or chest. Housekeeping was excellent 👌 Overall No Complaints other than wifi.

First impressions was rather bleak from the road. Riccardo was really helpful and the room was spotless. Nice balcony but road was really noisy and the ferries too. Close to everything.

Very convenient to ferry, downtown and beaches. Pool was a little awkward as you had to walk through restaurant to access. Room was spacious and clean. Perfect for a short trip!

Really nice room. Love the view of the ocean and all the boats and everyday life. Would love to have a hammock or sunbed at the balcony. Second time we stayed here. Perfect location. Everything is in walking distance.

The first part of our experience was the friendly and informative greeting we had a check-in. The room was clean with a nice balcony. It is Oceanfront not beachfront meaning no beach but it is close. The restaurant staff is friendly and accommodating with good food. A small pool is nice and refreshing. Quite an enjoyable 9 day stay.

This is our second year staying here in November. The room is clean with a mini fridge and a safe. A few minor things that could improve are: the beds are super hard; provide larger safes (they are very small); have luggage racks, and offer pool towels. Something to keep in mind that is not the hotel's fault is that the marina restaurant attached to the hotel was very wishy-washy about when they are open for dinner. They tell you they are open until 8pm, but the first night we went down at 7:22, we were told serving drinks only (ok, I can under that), so we walked to Hildago. The second night went down at 7:02, and we were told again that the kitchen was closed, serving drinks only, and we would have to go to the sports bar for wings/pizza/nachos. I love the restaurant's ceviche, so when asked what time we needed to arrive to eat. Then they said we could eat. Once we sat down, we had great service, ate, and were gone by 7:35. Nothing that will prevent me from returning, just good things to keep in mind.
