"I recommend that you don’t try to visit this all inclusive resort as not everything was all inclusive even for the ELITE Guests. Expedia definitely upload some false information about this resort. The dining restaurants was extremely hard to book with no options to sit down and eat if you can’t find any booking for the restaurants as the buffet is only opened for breakfast and other 3 restaurants are also only opened for lunch. So if you miss out on the booking, you have no other options to eat with your friends or family other than room services. I had a terrible experiences in this resort. Under staffed. Staffs are unhelpful. Most staffs weren’t fully trained. This resort was definitely small. I was able to walk one end to the next week within 5-10 minutes. Overall , I think this resort is definitely not worth the money. "

BUT ALL FOOD WAS VERY BAD. the buffet very poor , recycled food at buffet , same food every day , same pan of bacon , potatoes , veggies , all changed up to look different , and all the restaurants were terrible, pool bars dont open till 10 am , put a big dampner on our trip for 3500.00 dollars SUCKED"

"First off I didn’t see a single bug the entire stay, Even extended my trip a day. If you do extend please go down to re-register your bracelet as no one told me and I was locked out. Schedule the spa with the activities people instead of at the spa because it’s cheaper. The maps are intimidating but just walk around or take the golf carts to go where you want to go. Do the karaoke. Dorado was delicious. My room was great except there was no hand soap when I arrived. Staff was amazing. My concierge could’ve been more responsive but You get your moneys worth with this place. I’ll definitely be back soon!"

"David from Expedia has been my wife and I’s right hand man. He is genuinely such a kind human and has provided us with so much information and made our stay all the more special. If we were stuck with something or needed help and other staff said they can’t do anything about it, David always found a way. He deserves all the best and we are so lucky to have him. "This hotel is good in general. There are a few things to mention. The good: Beautiful landscape and gardens, everywhere you look is green and flowering. The rooms are big and modern looking. The pools are delicious, I am not sure but I think they are heated. The staff is very friendly and polite. The thing that most impressed me was the quality of the night shows. They are very elaborated to be a hotel, the costumes, the dancers, the equipment, the facility (they have a climatized theater), it was all wow. Things I wish were different: the food was mostly good, but not great, some desserts I couldn’t even finish them, the Mexican food was great though. We could not get a reservation for the seafood and japanese restaurant so I can’t say anything about them. Also, the bathrooms would benefit from ventilation fans or some sort of odor extractors. The bathrooms in the buffet smell terrible all the time, same in the rooms: if you do number 2, the smell will stay there for hours. I advise to pack “before you go”. The drinks were also kind of soft. But we had a great time in general to be honest."
