"Nice, cozy, and in a perfect location. I’m coming back to this hotel because it’s clean, the staff is friendly, the mattresses and bedding are comfortable, and the AC works well. This time, I had a single room with a window facing the train station, so it was definitely noisy. But after a busy day, I could still relax and sleep well. The only thing missing was a refrigerator."

"My accommodation was spacious. I booked the Triple Room, which has two Balconies. All that was in our rooms was clean and positioned neatly. The staff are very kind and helpful as needed. They are a 24 hour service, which is amazing! The hotel itself is in a very convenient location because you’re not only directly across from the train station, but there is plenty of delicious food selection from cafés and restaurants that are all walking distance to some amazing areas. "Minute and uncomfortable rooms and bed with poor air conditioning. The pillow were are thin as paper despite asking for different ones. The bigger issue was 2 incidents at breakfast over 3 days where staff was very rude only when I asked for more eggs! They said that’s all we have. The second time it happened, I complained again to reception and another guest complained about the same woman when he asked for fresh eggs and she told him you have a lot of other food to eat! the manager then came...
