"We were prepared for no hot water, no AC, no cell service, but we were not prepared for the overall shady communication, vibes and charges. We booked this hotel to be close to Corcovado, and booked a tour with the hotel. When we asked for details, they said they said that the communication from Expedia was poor, and they only booked our snorkeling tour. We asked to cancel the snorkeling because the national park was our priority. She said they couldn't because they already bought the tickets....

The washroom was clean and the rooms were really comfortable with AC and multiple beds, towels, and some blankets. "The view from the room was unforgettable. HOWEVER, please be aware that you need to go UP a steep hill to get to your rooms from the beach and "lobby/restaurant." The communication with the hotel was not the best. I needed to clarify some things prior to the stay, however nobody got back to me.
