"06/2026: We were excited for our stay, but our experience was the worst of Costa Rica. On our first night, after a long day of travel, the toilet in Room 28 flooded after a single flush at 9:43 PM. No toilet paper had been used, so this was clearly not caused by misuse. We immediately attempted to contact the front desk, only to discover it had closed at 9:30 PM. "Really enjoyed our stay here! One of our favorite places we stayed at! The fire pit and the views were stunning! We got some beautiful photos. The server in the restaurant I forget his name but he was wonderful as well. We also did the avocado trail and it was nice but we went a little late so it started getting dark. Def recommend doing it earlier in the day. Overall, very clean and friendly staff. Recommend!"
