"Have stayed at the hotel many times and like the location, rooms and rooftop restaurant and pool. Enjoyed our latest stay but under the new ownership, breakfast buffet selection not as strong and room cleaning sometimes as late as 5pm and beyond"

"The Hotel and Staff were both stunning, everyone from reception to Pool Bar did everything possible to make our short stay extremely enjoyable. Room was spotless, bed very comfortable and a TV with Worldwide coverage (if you cared enough to think of home ), Tea and Coffee making facilities had no milk, this was immediately resolved by staff. Location is excellent, short walk in all directions brings you out at bars and cafes of Olhao."

"Love this place. Very convenient for the airport with a nice pool and sun loungers. Sadly the restaurant next door has closed since our last visit but Pingo Doce supermarket is only a short walk for a picnic or they have a cafe. Only improvement would be a kettle in the room!"

"The room smelt lovely upon entering, very clean and functional, no extra tho' eg coffee tea making facilities, which makes you get up for breakfast. 24hour bar service means you can have tea coffee or whatever you wish at anytime. The staff are happy to help and ordering drinks after midnight was done with a by the duty staff. Breakfast was good value for money."

"We have been assigned a room at the ground level, right next to the cafetiere, and not far from the elevator and reception area. Very noisy !"

"Staff were mostly very helpful apart from one of the male reception managers who was rude and dismissive. Housekeeping was generally very good , didn't always replenish toiletries or wash crockery in the room pool area ok not attractive and overlooking the road. It isn’t really a 5 star hotel 4 star at best. Breakfast was good but in a room which was hot and stuffy next to the car park. No where outside to eat breakfast. Definitely upgrade to a sea view room otherwise you are looking at a block of apartments. Not pleasant. I had to request my complimentary bottle of wine ."

"A lovely hotel; all the staff were efficient and friendly. We felt welcomed and valued as guests with water, wine and a fruit plate on arrival ( late night arrival). Sonia, the golf concierge, was superb; arranging golf booking but also answering all my questions about club hire etc… pre-arrival. She is an asset to the hotel. The grounds are wonderful and maintained well. Pools are clean with one heated. Location between beach and marina offers options for walks. Rooms clean, well equipped and with comfortable beds. So good we booked a return visit almost as soon as we were home."

"Fantastic location…great views from every floor. Great pool side staff, especially the magnificent Anil! A perfect location for a short break."
