"I'm not sure what was deluxe about our room, although that's what I booked. In the description it read balcony and black out curtains. Neither were true. We had flimsy blinds that hardly kept out the light from the light on the door. The bed and pillows were sub par. "

"This property has been completely redone inside and out! The decor was lovely, bedding and towels were great too. For me, the best part was that it smelled SO CLEAN AND FRESH when we walked in, which is hard to find in this area. "Even though the hotel states the rooms have been refurbished they were just lack luster. The shower had mildewed caulk. The pictures on the walls were of cats and birds and were hung crooked. I could not open the curtains all the way so it was a bit claustrophobic. The rooms only had espresso makers and if you wanted a just cup of coffee you had to buy it. The staff was very friendly. "
