"Rooms were good, breakfast was good and fresh, parking costs £7.00 a night with there discount but I don't think you should have to pay if you are staying there. Staff were good one inperticular his name was kit, he found out it was our 44th anniversary and he bought us a drink. "

"The Heyford had positves and negatives for me. Positives 1) Michael. Nothing was too much for him. He is personable and did his utmost to make sure I had a pleasant stay with you, so big thanks to him. 2) The room. I stayed in the deluxe room and it is a big spacious room with a comfortable bed and balcony. 3) Food. After reading the reviews, I was expecting to be let down by the food, but everything I had was delicious. Negatives 1) I'm pedantic and felt perhaps the room could be cleaner. 2) I came for my birthday and mentioned this twice to the hotel, but I didn't even get a handwritten card wishing me well, which I thought was a shame. 3) Slippers. Paying £400 a night for a room and not getting slippers is quite wild."

"What a great hotel. Lovely room, warm and friendly staff. Room was clean, great decor, fab bathroom and included a nice breakfast. Great location for shopping at Bicester Village only 6 mins away. Resturant was ok."

"What a beautiful place, our room was brand new and very stylish, the breakfast tasty with lots of choice, the staff very welcoming. The food and drinks however are very expensive with a service charge every time you order at the bar, it’s annoying after paying so much for the beautiful room. We however went to the local pub The Ben Johnson and the staff were also amazing and better value for your money!! "

"Business/CPD trip. Everything i needed was on the premises. Staff on friday night were very busy, but always attend to your needs. Cottage was squeaky clean. Thank you sooo much! Lively and vibrant Pub (nice to see it so busy ☺️). Dinner and breakfast absolutely delicious. Service outstanding. Hope at some Point (er) 🐾朗 i will have to come back. Thank you all the staff."
