"I had really bad experience to stay there. One of the things I don't understand why they took away room phone. You can get room service at all. You can not contact front desk from your room at all. Really bad idea. Room was not clean. room was cold. We have been offered a heater but out of power right after I plugged in."

"The lady who greeted us and bar staff were very polite and friendly. Food was excellent. Room were ok, not in our opinion boutique, but quirky.Yes the beds are very squeaky. Rooms could possibly could benefit from a little TLC. Saying that the price and location to Bicester village was the reason we booked.The only other thing is the confusion over breakfast included. This could be an error of the hotel or the website. Nether the less, breakfast is not included. "

"Easy to find and a good location as it’s near not far from M40 or to Bicester Village and train station ( the latter being an approx 10 minute drive). The staff were nice and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was nice although the shower heads shot out water in random directions which was a bit annoying. Bit of descaling would sort that out easily. There was plenty of parking and the accommodation was across a courtyard from the pub.i would imagine a nice spot in the summer. Food was...

A few things were not quite right in the rooms but we weren't paying to dollar, so we thought it was good value overall. Just got to be ok with lots of steps. Also definitely no breakfast available. See photos for the actual property. Rubbish piled up in a corner outside as well. The entire building smelled vaguely like cigarette smoke. It is in a fairly advanced state of neglect.
