"This is a challenging review to write because the staff were very friendly and the property is beautiful, however we waited over 2 hours past when our room should have been ready, had scalding hot water only on the first night and then only luke warm throughout our stay and woke up to no electricity on our last day. It is a very expensive resort ( called 5 star) so these things should not happen. Plus we've heard nothing from them after reporting this."

"This was a simple stay but SO nice. I had everything I needed. There was treats and water you can get 24/7 where you check in. The rooms had little things you don’t think about that made it very convenient. Like even pump soap at the sink. And a good sized refrigerator ! Everything felt clean. And room was nice and cold. Will def return. All you need for a little beach getaway."

I’m not sure what it was but it wasn’t pleasant in the hall ways or in the room I was tempted to leave as others did but I used my OneCash and didn’t want to come out of pocket for a quick one night trip. The a/c leaked pretty bad floor gets super wet. Then the a/c kept wanted to switch to heat so a bit annoying. The pet fee is pretty high and not the same as I had seen on Expedia. "I've been a frequent customer and have stayed here 20+ times; however, due to recent price increase by the owner, it will be my last resort. If upgrades had been made I could understand the increase but it hasn't. This is a bare minimum motel that wants to charge hotel prices. The price does not reflect the conditions and when I told Mr.Patel it was cheaper for me to book online, the online prices suddenly increased."
