"I’d do your best to find another location…yes it’s on the beach but the room smelled wicked musty and there’s no privacy whatsoever! The outdoor light shines rt into the room and you can’t block it. The beds were so uncomfortable, we DID not sleep and left the next day! And for the cherry on top …the fire alarm went off exactly at 7am inside the room ! We woke up and left immediately! Staff was nice tho "

"If you are looking for a place to stay and experience the history of Charleston, i highly recommend this special place. Furnished in period antiques and featuring carefully restored and maintained rooms, but with a few modern upgrades, this home is fantastic. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and we had a wonderful visit."

But Kimberly stayed with me throughout the whole process and explained it very well. The Iris does accommodate one pet for a fee.
