"Nearly £500 a night, but a complete lack of hospitality
We stayed for one night at Hotel Eilean Iarmain, paying £496.57 for our suite and breakfast. While the setting is beautiful, the service and management response were completely unacceptable for a hotel at this luxury price point.
At dinner (which was not included in the room rate), my wife's bread for her bouillabaisse was served burnt. By the time it was replaced she had finished the dish, had she waited it would have gone completely...
