"Small family owned hotel. Located in a remote location, so very peaceful and quiet. In the evening there is a nice fireplace in the lounge. Perfect for a quick pre or post dinner hangout on a chilly night. Drive to the hotel is filled with scenic views of the water, rolling hills dotted with grazing sheep! "The room and common areas were very nice here and felt clean. We loved our room and the bed. Great bathroom and shower. The hotel does have a restaurant serving breakfast and dinner but we felt it was expensive. There’s obviously lots of cafes and trinket shops around in Portree. I will warn that there are only stairs here so big bags could be difficult or accessibility concerns. Parking is right in front if you are able to get a spot. "

"We never had an ocean view room, but our room was so cute and cozy, I felt like I was in a bedroom of a house rather than a hotel room. We loved it. Bed is super soft and cozy. We had some great sleeps. Easily walkable to the shops/food/ grocery. Would stay here again. Loved it."

"Room was cozy and quaint. We came in late and left early so didn't get to really do much. But staff was nice. The area was beautiful. Theres a cute market/foodtruck kinda set up on the right side of the building. Had an amazing brakfast there, and met some lovely locals who talked to us about the area. Parking was SHYTE lol, but we managed :) "
