"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Check in was smooth and the room was lovely. Considering this was during Arsenal parade weekend where the hotel was full to capacity the service was excellent. We will definitely return on future visits to London."

"The first thing I noticed when I entered the Hub on Farringdon, was the air conditioning! LOL It was 30 degrees in London the week I was there in May 2026. I was not ready for that! The check-in/check-out process was simple. Hotel staff were super pleasant and helpful. There is a bar and restaurant area. A full English breakfast is available for 8 GBP. We stayed 3 nights and only found out this morning that a light breakfast was included, and were shown around the hotel by a much nicer employee. "The hotel was exactly as described, the bed, living space, esnuite bathroom were all very comfortable and quite elegant. we only had an issue with the jets of the jacuzzi as they were not as clean as we would have liked, however, it was still a phenomenal stay and my wife and I would absolutely recommend! Staff were also very helpful, bringing different items when asked. Good links to shops, transport and old street/moorgate station aren’t too far."
