"Primero no era justo lo que estaba en la foto, la persona encargada no fue nada amable, eran las 6 y aun no me enviaba la clave, cuando lo hace no habia llave me dio el apartamento del lado, fatal.... a la media noche comenzaron a tocar la puerta pq el habia alquilado a otra persona, fue de muy mal ..."

"I was never able to get into the apartment. There was no key to get in nor a front desk to ask for assistance. When I texted and called them, they took over an hour to responde. The place was secluded dark, I did not feel safe to wait for a responses"
